Makes 1 to 2 applications

Sage and thyme are antimicrobial in effect and good for cleansing acne-prone skin.

  • ¼ teaspoon dried or fresh sage
  • ¼ teaspoon dried or fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  1. Combine all of the ingredients. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least one hour or refrigerate overnight for use the following day. (Warm to room temperature before using.)
  2. Apply to the face with clean fingertips and leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove with a warm, damp washcloth. This formula may be used up to three times per week.
