Digestive Support Sprinkle Recipe

Sprinkle this combination of flax seeds, cinnamon, and ginger on yogurts, cereals, or toast to support your digestion during the fall holiday season.

We always have Digestive Support Sprinkle to put on toast or mix into hot cereals or yogurt. The digestive support herbs are an incredible resource for daily health and well-being, as they help us to more efficiently digest the nutrients in our food. Whenever I add the Digestive Support Sprinkle to my cooking, I think of the prevention and healing it’s providing my family. Your thoughts can potentiate the actions of herbs. The next time you add spices to your food, visualize your family in your mind’s eye and imagine them healthy and happy.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons powdered flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons powdered cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon powdered cardamom

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle, to taste, on your favorite foods, and store any remaining mixture in a cool, dark place.
