Spiced Turmeric Latte Recipe

Start your day with this simple and brain-healthy latte.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar, or 10 drops liquid stevia
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper

Directions

  •  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepot, and gently heat. 2. Once mixture is warm, add to a blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
