Carrots are rich in vitamin A, which often is referred to as the “beauty vitamin” because of its importance in maintaining healthy skin and hair.

• 1?4 cup fresh carrot juice
• 1?4 cup white clay
• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

1. Mix together all ingredients until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.

2. To use, spread the mixture on clean skin using your fingertips or a small brush. Let sit for 20 minutes, then rinse well with warm water followed by cool water. Pat skin dry. Store any remaining mask in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
