Body & Soul: Gentle Cleanser

<p>This gentle oatmeal cleanser is a good alternative to harsh soap. The cleanser’s soothing properties make it especially good for sensitive or mature skin.</p>
<p>• 1 cup whole milk or soymilk<br />
• 1?2 cup whole oats<br />
• 1 tablespoon honey</p>
<p>1. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. <br />
<br />
2. Pour into a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator. <br />
<br />
3. To use: Place a small amount in the palm of your hand, then gently massage into your skin. Rinse well with warm water and pat your skin dry.</p>
