<p>Blueberries are a superfood, but they also help our complexions when used topically. This mask is full of antioxidants that neutralize the free radicals that break down skin cells.</p>
<p>• 10 to 12 blueberries, fresh or frozen<br />
• 1 tablespoon honey<br />
• 1 tablespoon whole milk or cream</p>
<p>1. Mash or blend berries with honey and milk.<br />

2. To use: Using a pastry brush or your fingers, spread mixture over clean skin and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Refrigerate any leftover mask.</p>
