Today's position is called "chair cat and cow." You may already be familiar with "cat and cow," a classic yoga pose. This Desk Yoga position is simply a version of the same stretch that has been adapted for an office setting. It will help eliminate stiffness in the upper back, a common symptom among people who sit in a desk all day long. Use your natural breath as a guide to help you ease into the pattern of this stretch, and play with the tempo to either improve your breathing or increase your flexibility.
