Today we have another breathing exercise that will help undo some of the physical and emotional stress of the work week. It's also great for built-up congestion. This technique, known as an alternate nostril breathing technique, is basically a balancing breath exercise. Continued practice of this technique relaxes the mind and body while alleviating stress. We encourage you to do five rounds of alternate breathing techniques to fully experience the benefits of this exercise. Because it's so simple, you can practice this wherever you go!
