If you have MCT coconut oil, you can use it in place of the regular coconut oil for an extra brain-energizing boost.
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened
vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar, or
10 drops liquid stevia
- 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper
1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepot, and gently heat.
2. Once mixture is warm, add to a blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
