Spiced Turmeric Latte Recipe

Experience the invigorating qualities of turmeric, ginger, and black pepper in this warming latte.

Yield: 1½ cups (1 serving)

If you have MCT coconut oil, you can use it in place of the regular coconut oil for an extra brain-energizing boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups unsweetened
    vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar, or
    10 drops liquid stevia
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper

Instructions:

 

1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepot, and gently heat.

2. Once mixture is warm, add to a blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
