Fresh and delicious, peppered with the health benefits of black seed, you may want to make this salad a part of your regular diet.</p>
<ul>
<li>1 cucumber</li>
<li>1 clove garlic, crushed</li>
<li>1 cup plain yogurt</li>
<li>½ teaspoon finely chopped mint</li>
<li>Salt</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Finely grate and salt the cucumber. Mix yogurt with black cumin and mint.</li>
<li>Add to cucumber and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately so the cucumber juice does not water down the dressing.</li>
