Cancer Fighting Foods: Garlic Salad Dressing

<em>Serves 3 to 4</em>
<br />
The garlic in this salad dressing has a plethora of healthy attributes, including cancer prevention.</p>
<ul>
<li>3 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li>1 tablespoon lemon juice</li>
<li>½ teaspoon salt</li>
<li>1 clove garlic, crushed</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Combine all of the ingredients in a small jar and shake.</li>
</ol>
