Cervical Dysplasia Tea

This tea combines vitex to regulate estrogen and progesterone, burdock and milk thistle to cleanse and protect the liver, red clover to cleanse the blood and astragalus to boost the immune system. Add stevia for sweetness and mint for flavor, if you wish. You can also blend prepared tinctures of these herbs in the same proportions and add a dropperful to juice or seltzer water.

•2 teaspoons dried vitex berries
•1 teaspoon dried burdock root
•1 teaspoon dried red clover
•1 teaspoon dried astragalus root
•1/2 teaspoon stevia for sweetness, if desired
•1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried peppermint, spearmint, or wintergreen, if desired 5 cups water

1. Bring the herbs and water to a boil.

2. Simmer gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

3. Cover the pot and let steep 20 more minutes.

3. Strain out the herbs.

4. Store the liquid in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; drink 2 to 3 cups per day before meals.
