Adele Wechsler's Sierra (mountain range) wedding dress, from EcoCouture Collection II, is made from a blend of certified organic hemp and silk. It's kind of fun: The dress comes in two parts. The long skirt can be removed to accommodate all-night dancing after the ceremony.
