Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers, cored and seeded
- 2 stalks celery, roughly chopped
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, unpeeled
After Juicing
- Fresh mint leaves, crushed
- Stevia, to taste (optional)
Directions
Run the red peppers, celery, and ginger root through the juicer. Pour the juice in a glass along with a crunched up handful of mint and add stevia, if desired.
