- 1 pineapple, peeled
- 1/3 cup mangosteen juice
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- sweetener to taste (optional)
- Juice the pineapple, then add the mangosteen juice and vanilla extract and mix well. Taste, and sweeten with stevia (or sweetener of choice) if desired.
Feel-Good Fact: Though the superfood mangosteen has no botanical relation to the popular mango, mangosteen’s ORAC score (which measures antioxidants) is ranked 150% higher than mango in terms of antioxidant activity.
