Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the peaches with the cinnamon, nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of the flour, and granulated sugar.
- To make the topping, combine the oats, brown sugar, butter, and the remaining 1 cup flour in a separate bowl. Mix with your hands until it just comes together.
- Transfer the peaches to a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and scatter the topping over them. Place the skillet on a baking sheet to catch any overflow. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is browned. Serve warm.
