Super easy and so satisfying, these frozen treats hit the spot for that late-night sweet craving. Just make sure you have a few bags of frozen bananas on hand — and remember, the riper the bananas, the sweeter the cream. So if you have some super ripe bananas, peel them and place them in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer.
Each recipe makes 2 servings.
Chocolate Cravings
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, soy, almond, etc.)
- 2–3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Peanut Butter Cream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, soy, almond, etc.)
- 3–4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
Vanilla Cream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, soy, almond, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cool Mint
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, soy, almond, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon mint extract
Directions for each:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If needed, add more milk.
