Fresh herb butters are incredibly simple to make, yet lend a gourmet touch to meals.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped herbs (chives, mints, parsley, sage)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
