Pair a Classic Caesar Salad with soups, pastas and more.
Ingredients
- 3 heads Romaine or kale, chopped
- Caesar dressing, to taste
- Lots of freshly ground black pepper
- Whole-grain croutons, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Directions

Romaine is the traditional green for a Caesar salad, but kale makes a nice Caesar, too, if you let it marinate in the dressing for a few minutes before serving.
