Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped or shredded carrots
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 3/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, chopped or grated
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in the blender as listed in the order shown.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
