Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped or shredded carrots
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 3/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, chopped or grated
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender as listed in the order shown.
- Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
