Apple cider vinegar cuts through the dulling residue left by styling products and shampoos. Lavender and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) are beneficial for all hair types.

· 1 cup apple cider vinegar
· 2 tablespoons fresh or dried rosemary
· 10 drops lavender essential oil

Heat the vinegar to almost boiling and pour it over the rosemary. Cover and steep for 2 hours. Strain and add the lavender essential oil, and store the mixture in a glass bottle. To use, add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to 1 cup of water and massage through your hair after shampooing. Rinse well.
