Roses and hawthorn work together to reduce emotional stress.
- 1⁄2 cup hawthorn leaves and flowers
- 1⁄2 cup rose petals
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar or honey
- Vodka or motherwort tincture (1⁄4 of bottle space)

NotesHawthorn is not recommended alongside heart medications. Rose is not recommended for those with diabetes or anemia. Motherwort should be avoided by those with clotting disorders and those taking treatment for a heart condition.
