Cold-Symptom Relief Massage Oil Recipe

Using a combination of peppermint, rosemary and ginger essential oils you can create a natural massage oil to help relieve cold symptoms.

Relief from the aches and pains of the common cold is not far away. Try this natural massage oil to alleviate a congested chest and increase airflow.

• 1 ounce sunflower oil
• 6 drops rosemary essential oil
• 4 drops peppermint essential oil

• 3 drops ginger essential oil

1. Mix ingredients in a glass bowl, then rub over chest, upper back, neck and shoulders. Apply morning and evening, or as needed.
