Chamomile flowers are a great way to help you sleep naturally.

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 cup chamomile flowers
  • 1⁄4 cup spearmint
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar or honey

    Optional

  • Brandy or passionflower tincture (1⁄4 of bottle space)
