Chamomile flowers are a great way to help you sleep naturally.
- 3⁄4 cup chamomile flowers
- 1⁄4 cup spearmint
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar or honey
- Brandy or passionflower tincture (1⁄4 of bottle space)
