Bone-Strengthening Tea Recipe

Get a hearty dose of iron, beta-carotene and bone-building vitamins with this tasty tea.


  • Oatstraw
  • Nettle leaf
  • Dandelion leaf
  • Raspberry leaf
  • Red clover flowering tops
  • Horsetail shoots


  • Blend herbs in equal parts. Store in a capped jar away from heat and light.
