Body & Soul: Peppermint Leg Gel

This is a light, invigorating gel that is perfect for tired legs and feet. For extra cooling action, store this gel in the refrigerator. MAKES 4 OUNCES

• 1/2 cup aloe vera gel
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon witch hazel
• 3 to 4 drops peppermint essential oil

1. Combine aloe vera, cornstarch and witch hazel in a glass container. Warm mixture in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, or in a double boiler until it is the consistency of honey. After mixture has cooled, add peppermint oil and stir well. Pour into a clean container.

2. For instant rejuvenation, massage onto legs and feet.
