The volatiles in essential oils can enter the body through your nose and change your perception of pain. Used in aromatherapy, lavender can soothe the mind and ease pain.

Mineral baths and bath salts are perfect for relaxing sore muscles and rejuvenating the body. Epsom salts and sea salt are soothing to sore muscles because the salts are mildy astringent and help boost circulation. Lavender is also astringent and cleansing and the fresh clean scent also adds to the bath experience by refreshing the mind and body. MAKES 20 OUNCES
