Winter weather can leave the skin feeling dry and flaky. To restore your skin’s moisture, try this herbal milk bath made with soothing chamomile (Matricaria recutita) and oats (Avena sativa).

· 4 tablespoons dried chamomile blossoms
· 2 cups whole milk
· 1 cup rolled oats, finely ground

Combine the chamomile and milk in a glass jar and steep overnight in the refrigerator. Grind the oats into a powder in a blender. Strain the milk, and add to a bathtub of warm water along with the oats. Soak for 15 minutes.
