A juniper berry foot soak is just what you need after a day spent on your feet in stifling garden boots. The fresh, pale-blue berries from the juniper tree are naturally antiseptic and are well-suited for tired feet.

• 1?4 cup fresh juniper berries or 1 tablespoon dried
• 1?4 cup Epsom salts
• 1 to 2 tablespoons baking soda

1. Fill a large tub or bucket with warm water. Add juniper berries, Epsom salts, and baking soda and stir well until Epsom salts and baking soda have dissolved.

2. To use: Soak your feet in the fragrant water for 15 to 20 minutes. After your foot bath, massage feet with a natural oil or a rich cream.
