Super Green Smoothie Recipe

This is a particularly great smoothie for diabetics, as most berries are low in carbohydrates. The American Diabetes Association named blueberries a “diabetes superfood,” so blend up and enjoy!

• 1 cup organic frozen berries (any kind)
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 2 cups water
• 1/4 inch fresh ginger, or to taste

Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. Makes about 2 quarts.
