Have farm-fresh, organic produce delivered to your home office by the FruitGuys.

Want to eat fresh, organic and local produce while you work from home, but don’t have the time or the ability to visit a farmer’s market? For more than a decade, the FruitGuys have made it easy to eat healthy at the office by delivering boxes of farm-fresh produce to workplaces nationwide. Now the FruitGuys are extending their reach to homes with the new TakeHome box.

The TakeHome box comes in three varieties: fruits and veggies, fruits only and veggies only. All of the produce is USDA organic and come from small regional farms within two to four days of being picked. The small TakeHome box features 16 servings of six to eight varieties of seasonal produce and costs $24. The regular TakeHome box features 25 servings of eight to ten varieties and costs $32.

The fruit and vegetables are delivered in commuter-friendly briefcase-style boxes made from 75 percent post-consumer recycled cardboard and printed with soy-based inks. The boxes can be returned to the FruitGuys and reused up to four times, or you can recycle them at home. Customers can set up a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery service, making it easy to keep fresh produce on hand for an afternoon snack.
