Yield: 8 ounces or 32 ounces.

This makes a tasty, lightly nutritious tea, but you can also brew it as a super infusion, which will give you more minerals.

  • 3 parts nettle leaf
  • 2 parts oat straw
  • 1 part peppermint
  • 1 part spearmint

  1. Combine herbs, mixing well.
  2. To make a standard infusion, steep 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herb mix in an 8-ounce mug of hot water for 15 minutes or longer.
  3. To make a super infusion, steep 1 ounce of the herbs in a 32-ounce French press for 4 hours, then strain. Enjoy hot or cold.
