Combine oats with other herbs to make a lightly nutritious, mineral-infused tea.

Ingredients
- 3 parts nettle leaf
- 2 parts oat straw
- 1 part peppermint
- 1 part spearmint
Directions
- Combine herbs, mixing well.
- To make a standard infusion, steep 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herb mix in an 8-ounce mug of hot water for 15 minutes or longer.
- To make a super infusion, steep 1 ounce of the herbs in a 32-ounce French press for 4 hours, then strain. Enjoy hot or cold.
