You can use whatever berries you have on hand, whether fresh or frozen, in this Triple Berry Sorbet recipe.

With a triple dose of heart-healthy antioxidants and fantastic flavor, this simple Triple Berry Sorbet makes a tasty treat between meals, or a memorable end to lunch or dinner. TRIPLE BERRY SORBET SERVES 4 TO 6

• 4 cups frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup frozen raspberry lemonade (or other juice concentrate)

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade or in a blender and pulse until smooth. (Process in batches, if needed.)

2. Serve immediately, as sorbet is best freshly made, or return to freezer in an airtight container. Let Triple Berry Sorbet soften slightly before serving.
