Makes 1/2 cup
• 1 tablespoon cardamom seed
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cumin seed
• 1 teaspoon whole cloves
• 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
• 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
• 1/3 whole nutmeg
1. Grind all the ingredients together.
