<p>This marinated garlic recipe makes it easy to take advantage of the health-promoting benefits. Marinated garlic is terrific as a snack and can be added to salad dressings, soups, vegetables or stir-fried rice. It will keep for at least one month in the refrigerator.</p>
<ul>
<li>Peeled garlic cloves</li>
<li>Balsamic vinegar</li>
<li>Soy sauce</li>
<li>Honey</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Fill a glass jar two-thirds full of peeled garlic; set aside. Combine equal parts balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey, and heat gently until honey liquefies.</li>
<li>Pour mixture over garlic cloves, making sure liquid covers garlic by at least 1 inch. Let cool to room temperature, and cover the jar with a lid. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks before eating.</li>
