The delicate taste of lavender sugar is the perfect ingredient for baked goods.

The delicate taste of lavender sugar is the perfect ingredient for use in baked goods or as an addition to your tea.

Make lavender sugar at home by combining 2 tablespoons of dried lavender buds with 1 cup of sugar in a jar. Allow the mixture to infuse in a cabinet for 1 to 2 weeks, shaking every day or so. After the sugar has absorbed the lavender flavor, strain out the lavender buds, and start using your delicious, gourmet sugar.
