I fix this smoothie almost every day–it’s high in calcium, fiber, and protein but contains no caffeine: what could be sweeter? My kids don’t even notice that it contains no chocolate. You may substitute chocolate milk or chocolate soy drink if you prefer.

• 1 cup carob soy drink
• 1 banana, peeled
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped, or 1/8 teaspoon dried and powdered

1. Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
