Herbal Iced Teas: Spiced Tea

Makes 1 quart

A cinnamon stick provides a striking garnish and convenient stir stick, as well as a fitting accent flavor.

• 1 quart water
• 6 teaspoons black tea or 6 regular tea bags
• 1 tablespoon whole cloves
• 1/4 cup chopped orange zest
• Orange slices for garnish
