Herbal Iced Teas: Apple-Mint Tea

<em>Makes 1 quart</em>
</p>
<p>I use unsweetened apple juice and add honey for extra flavor. If you use sweetened apple juice, the honey may not be necessary.</p>
<p>• 1 quart water 6 teaspoons black tea or 6 regular tea bags<br />
• 1 cup fresh peppermint leaves<br />
• 2 cups apple juice<br />
• 2 tablespoons honey<br />
• Fresh sprigs of mint for garnish<br />
• Apple slices for garnish</p>
