Herbal Butters and Oils: Garden Herb Butter

<p>• ½ cup butter, softened<br />
• 2 tablespoons chopped herbs (chives, mints, parsley, sage, tarragon)<br />
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice</p>
<p>1. Stir together all ingredients in small bowl.</p>
<p>2. Spoon into a small serving bowl or chill 15 minutes and shape into a log.</p>
