- 1 quart water
- 2 teaspoons schisandra berries (Schisandra chinensis)
- 1 teaspoon hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
- 1/2 teaspoon linden (Tilia ¥europaea)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
- 1/2 teaspoon sage (Salvia officinalis)
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add the herbs, steeping for 15 minutes.
3. Strain and sip throughout the day.
