Boo! If your family doesn’t gobble these treats up within a few days, refrigerate or freeze them.
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin seed
• 2 egg whites
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 3-4 cups dry-roasted nuts
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and stir.
2. Place 3 to 4 cups dry-roasted nuts in a bowl and pour the pureed mixture over them. Let stand for 30 minutes, stirring.
3. Preheat oven to 250°F and oil a baking sheet.
4. Drain nuts, reserving the liquid, and spread out on the sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until slightly dried.
5. Stir, then drizzle the reserved liquid over. Bake 15 minutes.
