Eatery Helps Chicago Greening Efforts: Pecan Dressing

</sup> cups</em>
</p>
<ul>

</sup> cup sesame or other mild flavored oil</li>
<li>
<sub>
<sup>1/2</sup>
</sub> cup whole pecans</li>
<li>
<sub>
<sup>1/2</sup>
</sub> cup coconut milk</li>
<li>3 tablespoons lemon juice</li>
<li>2 tablespoons honey</li>
<li>Salt</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Combine first five ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.</li>
<li>Season to taste with salt.</li>
