This lemon flush is especially suitable for floppy-eared dogs that love the water. Use it once a week during swimming season, more often if your pet swims daily.
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 cup warm water

1. Mix the lemon juice and warm water.

2. With an ear syringe or dropper, gently and quickly squeeze soem of the liquid into your pet’s ear, holding the syringe at the entrance to the ear canal, not inside it. Avoid making squirting sounds, which might scare your pet.

3. Gently rub it in, then stand back and let your pet shake its head. Blot the excess moisture from the inside ear and gently swab out just inside the ear opening with a cotton swab.

4. Repeat the process with the other ear
