With her husband, a photographer and woodworker, Karyn gratefully enjoys country living in an 1845 landmark home on four creek-side aces nestled in the majestic northern Catskill Mountains of New York. A life-long student of herbal wisdom, guided by the seasons, she spends her time writing, foraging, gardening, cooking, and practicing the botanical arts, from tincturing to blending teas and making natural products for the home and body.
