- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram or oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup unrefined sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend just enough to combine.

A little of this salt goes a long way and it’s far more interesting then plain salt, especially for barbecuing and grilling.
