By shopping smart, you can avoid the worst ones and improve your family's health" I think this is a crucial point, because in addition to foods, there are many toxic personal care products being used at home and on our bodies that contain toxic chemicals. It's so important to read product labels/ingredients when shopping and opt for more organic and natural alternatives. It's up to us as consumers to do the research on the web about healthier food and personal care products, like the ones found and find healthy options for our families.
