Body & Soul: Thai Herbal Body Glow

| December/January 2007

This is an invigorating treatment for skin and body. The humectant properties of honey nourish and moisturize skin, while sesame seeds, lavender and mint cleanse and energize the body. Makes 8 ounces (one treatment).

• 1 cup honey
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon dried mint
• 1 teaspoon dried lavender leaves

1. Mix together honey, sesame seeds and herbs until a thick paste forms.

2. To use, rub paste all over your body, slowly taking time to deep cleanse and exfoliate dead skin cells. Rinse well in a warm shower and moisturize with a light oil, such as sesame or almond oil.
