Clove is a well-known antibacterial and antiseptic oil, but it is strong and should not be used undiluted on the skin. To avoid athlete’s foot or other bothersome conditions, massage this oil into your feet, paying special attention to the areas between your toes and around the nails.
• 1/4 cup light sesame oil
• 5 to 6 drops clove essential oil
1. Mix oils and pour into a clean container.
2. To use: Massage a small amount into your feet.
