Unexpected tea combinations create good health and happy taste buds.
Makes 2 cups
A buildup of mucus in the throat and lungs can linger if not cleared promptly and effectively. Horehound has a gentle, stimulating, expectorant action in the lungs, which encourages the clearance of phlegm. This makes it good for treating bronchitis and asthma. Mullein soothes itchy and irritating coughs. Thyme is a strong antimicrobial, antispasmodic and relaxant for the bronchi. Thyme tea on its own makes a great gargle for gum disease and sore throats.
